At The Turntable Store, we want you to enjoy every beat; if you are not completely satisfied with your high-fidelity equipment, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure the Equipment

  Carefully repackage your turntable or accessory in its original box, including all internal padding, cables, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
