10-track promotional picture disc from HBO Presents series with tracklist sticker on PVC sleeve; most tracks are studio version (not live).

Tracklist taken from the sticker on jacket, but incorrect. Actual play reveals A6 Railroad Lady is B1, Help Me Make It 
Some copies feature a manufacturing defect that causes needle to jump at intro on A.

Sound quality on these picture discs was already compromised, and housing them in a PVC sleeve is problematic as well as the PVC will often leach chemicals onto the vinyl surface.
