The writing credit for A3, John B is a bit of a stretch. Carl Sandburg simply "collected" and archived folk music and Lee Hayes, as part of the Weavers, did a cover version in 1957 on [r2010826 titled "The Wreck Of The 'John B'". A single version is also cited on the web as a 1950 release, but I cannot confirm this. See: for additional information.
