The release was originally issued in a shrinkwrapped generic CBS center-cut chalk-art jacket, with a white die-cut innersleeve with any corners. Some have a sticker on the shrinkwrap. The promo copies have a gold stamp only. Hype sticker variations: The -S1 hype sticker reads "Raze 'Break 4 Love' Featuring The Hot Spanish Fly And Special English Dance Mixes" The -S2 hype sticker reads "The #1 Dance Record" The 3rd etched runouts variant was released with the ‘-S1’ sticker. On the both sides runouts, XXS is followed by a scratched-out S, and C1 is followed by an illegible mark which may be an "M".
